Have you seen the new television program Who Do You Think You Are? Each episode features a celebrity, and explores their search for their missing family roots and history. It’s a very interesting and entertaining program.
Searching for family roots and history can be a frustrating and fruitless exercise, but can be very rewarding for the persistent. I have posted Part 1 (a rough draft of the first nine chapters) of The Illustrated Biographical Ancestry of the Lunney Family of Maine. It is 405 pages long in PDF format, and takes approximately 3-4 minutes to download with a high speed internet connection. You can download Part 1 using the following link:
You will be amazed. It makes the stories on Who Do You Think You Are? seem incomplete and rather ordinary by comparison.
